Chemist, Engineer, Inventor. Mr. Grispin is one of the world’s authorities in the art and science of polymer pyrolysis. His decades of hands-on experience were
essential in achieving the desired specifications and results for the production of valued products. Mr. Grispin has extraordinary knowledge and understanding of quantum thermodynamics as it relates to polymer pyrolysis. He also has knowledge & experience of process design, mechanical engineering, equipment fabrication and high-temperature metallurgy.

Mr. Holub has been involved with the advancement of PTO/PTF from plastic pyrolysis for over a decade. His C-Suite experience centers on team building, monetizing the business case through PolyFuel & PolyCycle™ facilities and relentlessly pursuing the deployment of The Grispin Process™ into the chemical recycling marketplace. His family’s business was one of the leading scrap metal merchants in Ohio, where Mr. Holub first learned the values of recycling and the maintenance of profitability in difficult markets.

In his capacity as Deputy, Mr. Halford is responsible for the transference and perpetuation of The Grispin Process and other aspects of TGP technology. Mr. Halford is also a technical liaison for the company with Partners, Stakeholders and Governmental Agencies & Offices. His experience includes; design, construction, startup, operation, and optimization of a wide variety of chemical and industrial and pharmaceutical processes. His extensive experience combined with a keen ability to articulate our message and consummate professionalism are a great complement to our technical team.

Until recently coming on-board with TGP, the previous 20+ years, Mr. Murphy were focused upon active portfolio and risk management, all phases of manager and investment research and due diligence, and senior management of investment products, portfolios and firms. Mr. Murphy received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University at Albany, SUNY. He earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) and has also earned designations as a Financial Risk Manager (“FRM”) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (“CAIA”). In addition, and reflecting his lifetime commitment to learning, Mr. Murphy participates in the Continuing Education programs as, and when, offered by all three designations. In 2019, he successfully completed the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board’s (“SASB’s”) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (“FSA”) Level I and Level II exams and became an FSA Credential Holder.

Mr. Schouweiler’s systems management and operational experience includes Landfill Gas-to-Energy, polymer pyrolysis process, wastewater biological nutrient removal, and feedstock coordination for anaerobic digestion. His previous background of work includes energy and material management, industry market analysis and reporting, operational assessments and due-diligence consulting for industrial asset acquisitions.  Amongst his many assignments, he is also assisting PolyCycle with its Feedstock procurement coordination efforts.

 

 


 

Grant S. Schouweiler

Director of Operations

Mr. Lamm is a Business Development Executive with experience in land title research and mineral rights acquisition in the upstream energy sector, diesel supply hedging and contract sales in the downstream energy sector, wastewater utility operations and administration, utility project management, and government affairs for natural resource businesses. He supports TGP’s Business Development Department among other responsibilities including feedstock procurement, operations development, and offtake coordination.

With a ChE, PhD & Doctor of Engineering, Honoris Causa, Dr. Cobb joined Wright Killen & Co. as its President in 1982, He oversaw the successful merger of Wright Killen into Ernst & Young in 1996. After Ernst & Young sold its consulting business, Dr. Cobb created and led his own consulting firm, Calvin Cobb & Co in Houston, TX. In 1992, he was recognized as an AIChE Fellow, one of the highest honors that can be conferred on a chemical engineer. He served as President of AIChE in 2001 and was the 2005-2006 chair of the AIChE Institute of Sustainability.

Mr. Dudley has acquired a uniquely broad record of career skills, knowledge, and credentials that covers the extended downstream & petrochemicals, midstream and renewables industry segments. He has worked for large energy operating companies, management consulting firms, and global EPC companies. Mr. Dudley’s experiences include roles in which he led several successful business startups as well as serving on management teams in large organizations. His operational positions have extended into senior roles in Fortune 500-level companies.

Mr. Musgrave is an accomplished veteran in the infrastructure development and asset finance industry. His experience includes structuring and sourcing project level financing as well as platform funding structures. Mr. Musgrave has a background in starting, building and operating various infrastructure and utility related companies with revenue and operations components. His involvement with the Company is at the Board level, with focus towards financial modeling, corporate structure and representations to prospective investors.

Mr. Costello has over 30 years of experience in the chemical process industries and the hazardous waste businesses. His company, RC Costello Consulting, develops scalable refinery process systems around the world. His diverse background includes process and project engineering, plant operations, management and troubleshooting, His background also includes RCRA permit application preparation.
